When you click on expand buildings you see there "optimize production processes". In one of my building say 0,5%.

What is that?

If 400 workers are in your producing building you can optimize it. This means it produces more (I think about 5%).

And you can optimize it the next time with 800 workers (always if there are 400 more )

No, the scale in the building only shows you how much of the 400 workers you have reached

2 workers 0.5% => 4 workers 1% => 40 workers 10% => 400 workers 100%

I think so, I haven't tested it myself, because my companies 8also in the other worlds) are to small

The ability of optimizing your production had been implemented as otherwisse the effect of expansion would become "useless" with the size of the buildings.

So there are these 4,000-steps (respectively 400-workers-steps), where you can choose to optimize the production output of your building. And this is at aprox. 5%.

(example: seeds: 400 workers, without optimization: 34,285.71 /hour
with optimization: 36,108.32/ hour.)
