When you build special buildings you got message with task to send some things in order to receive status symbol. The order for me was ( Renoir) (Haut_Brion_1986) and Afghanistan. Does this chain continue. And from what it depends if I receive task.

This chain continues, but nobody knows why you receive a quest. This is part of the system

More employees - more demand - you can sell your prooducts in shops for higher prices

I dont have any selling buildings so I do not care about employees. I was just thinking if I have every single special building . Maybe i shoud expand some of them to increase my chance on random quests for more status symbols.

No.

There is no way to influence the happening of a quest. And the renoir and the wine cellar quests are the only ones that need a special building. All other quests can be solved without a special building.

Nice, next day I post this topic I receive quest !!?? Spend for it like 40 mil and get fire opal with score 20.

Hm, there is a point to expand special buildings I forgot

expanding Nursing home, Kindergarten and homeless shelter I think is usefull if you want to fullfill all the orders you can get there.
after every job you get some points, so it is not really useless to expand some of the special buildings
