well, I need to trust the data the system gives me. We have programmed a special log to make sure we can trace back the sending of the contest certificates this time. That log confirms the sending of prizes to every single player and it does for you. Now, if you claim you haven't received it, that would mean our entire database is wrong and that really is a 1 to a Million shot. And as you know, once you have accepted a contract, it doesn't show up anymore. So I can neither prove you right nor wrong that way - and I am back to having to rely on my data ...
