He can't, those calculations are for a maximum size RC...

But those last 10 qualities take a few years so if he ignores them it will take considerably less time.

And upjers expects us to wait that long. If only they were to tinker with their formulas slightly so that the time increase for each research level up is not a quadratic equation.

I presume that you cannot sell them because you can't ENTER the buildings until you get more premium.
