A horribly unfair penality - but not a system bug.
Not sure the admins will replace his company since it's part of the game?

As far as I've understood you're right, it was because of non-repayment. However I've also understood it so that the bank seized a ridiculously much larger amount of assets than the loan amount. Even larger than loan+interest+late-interest. If I'm right about this then that's the problem, and if I'm right then milenko has every right to be angry, if I'm wrong then I guess he can only be annoyed the rules are so strict.

kapilands is fun, I am enjoying it very much. But I wont pay even single penny to this game. Because it is still far from standard (management and technical) compare to others big giant web games companies that worth for penny.

Sometimes I wonder why some very nice and good suggestions are not implemented immediately to the game? Now I know. It is not because the programmer lazy or busy, it is because their programming skills is not that outstanding enough to change it immediately. I am a programmer in real life, if I were Upjers programmer, 90% of you guys suggestions already been done

But the mods here did very very good jobs. It is the most friendly mods I have ever seen. Especially golden eyes, knolls and pearlbay, you guys/gals rock!

For me, I will continue play kapilands no matter what happen (losing account,caps,building etc, i dont care ), as long as the game still accept free account.
