If you pay back the loan in time, there is no problem!! So If you don't know whether you can pay it back in time, don't take one!!!

Please bear in mind:If the loan has not been returned until the end of the duration, the Kapi Bank will seize your money. If you are not solvent, the bank will randomly seize your buildings (only the constructing value counts). The value of the seized object can be a lot higher than the loan value. If your account does not cover the loan, it will be reset.

That's not the value on the market !!

i completely agree with tamaratjuh... I have one 16.000m2 fruit plantation which would give me 22,528,125caps... Let's say you take 3 loans of 99.999.999caps (max) that would be 300million... plus interest depending on duration of the loan... Then it would cut down 13 buildings or so... Sized 16.000m2...

So as tamartjuh said... don't take a loan if you can't handle it...

BUT, the thing happened to milenko, i also agree that he has to be helped... He can't do anything, but as he said he could have paid back in max 12 hours after shut down...

kapi bank --- > not good=dont use it.
shares ---- > not working=dont use them
if you decide not to use premium account anymore u can lose all your buildings.( not only 40 new, but all buildings may be with tag " premium buildings"
animals quality ---- > not working=well u can increase their quality but u dont get anything.
I'm sorry but u have to work more on these problems. Good way to start is to return buidings to The Damned. If i remember corectly Suppliers inc. couldnt come online the day he was supposed to return the money and thats the reason why he lost everything. Maybe the solutions for bank issue is to increase the period u need to return the money in to 3 days or something ? and every 24 hours ppl will get msgs that they should return the loan. dunno, but i know that its great lost for the game if biggest company is gone.

Agreed. Its your own fault for not being able to come online... you should have thought pf the risk before Taking loans

ok
I thought Suppliers Inc was a girl and had the baby. I would like this clarified.
I am a male, my wife had the baby! hehe

She already thinks i spend too much time on this game, if i would have said hey hunny, i am going to go home for a bit and play kapilands while you are having our son i would have not made it out of the hospital alive. I owed like 300 million dollars (i think a little less but 300 is a nice rounded number). When everythinf was seized i had like 400-450 million in cash available. I had the money to pay off the loan i just was not able to get on and push the Amortize button in the bank. So the bank TOOK THE MONEY THAT I OWED and the proceeded to take all of my buildings. That is what i dont understand. If i had the money to pay it and it took the money that i owed is why did it then take all my buildings also?

first of all, congratulations (guess it has been a little while now)

apart from being the seriously largest company in the realm, thus the ending of his company having a big impact on the realm, this is what i have understood is a big part of the problem for milenko aswell
the bank seized his assets even though he had the ability to pay up (but i think he said he needed to get the cash out of his stores)

Seems to me that a better way to do unpaid loans would be to simply add a fee as a percentage of the outstanding balance and subtract that from the player's on-hand cash.

Example: If you owe 100,000,000

That sounds like a good idea to me, but I am guessing you would have to have a catch. Say if you don't pay back the outstanding balance by selling your buildings, coins, etc. within (insert time) then it will start to do it for you.

Why? If you're in the negatives then you can't start production or research. You are effectivly barred from doing anything except selling buildings or coins at a fair market value or selling goods through contracts. With the system not selling them for you, you will find that you won't lose 3.75 billion worth of buildings for a 300 million cap outstanding loan.

Well I guess. Then I don't think anything else in your plan needs to be reworked.

Ain't it a bad idea to pump money into the system that will never return into it ?

Say , some1 lones 1 bil , buys a whole market up , and never plays again ?
