I LOOK THAT EVERYBODY LOOKS TO FIXED ASSET WHAT COMPANYS VALUE BUT THERES A ASIMETRIC BALANCE ABOUT THAT

SUCH AS: 80M2 FURNITURE STORE EXPANDING GIVES 750K FIXED ASSET

Basic price 9.375,00

Fixed assets concept is another bug in the design of this game. It has nothing to do with the actual asset value or earning potential of a company.

Do not bother with the FA ranking

Isn't it the FA is the approx amount of money you can get back by selling your buildings to NPC.

no its the building cost plus the exspansion cost so if it cost 5k for 1 m2 and you exspand a building that cost 200k to 30m2 your fixed assets for that building would be 250k

if it cost you 200k for the building and 5k for 1m2 exspansion your fixed assets would be 200k + (980 x 5000) = 200k + 4.900.000 = 5.100.000

Well... please remember www.kapitools.de for calculations like that. ;)

And: What is wrong about the fixed assets stats? Nothing. ;) Like it or ignore it. :D

I actually don't see any problem here either. Fixed Assets don't include building materials but otherwise are an exact match of what you pay for the construction. And you get 75% of that back when selling to the system.

It may not be the most precise real-world approximation, but for a game it's simple, fair, and consistent.

i dont say that it s a problem i just say some buildings gives more fixed asset
for example :if u make 15 furniture store, car dealer or jeweller expansion for 80m2 u take 11,25m caps fixed asset and separe 31,5 m caps but if u want to take this fixed asset different building such as estore u have to make 32 estore expansion for 80 m2 and also separe 54,4 m caps.

Because all used materials which biggest cost for expansion are same account.also efactory genarally makes in green area but again theres no difference about used materials with red area

As a result i just say simplly that u can take more fixed asset with some building than others with lower cost.

Just an example. Use kapitools.de to calculate them :)
1000 m2 furniture store in red equals 5000 m2 plantation in green in the terms of fixed asset, 9.562.500,00 in fixed asset for 1000m2 furniture store and 9.412.500,00 in fixed asset for 5000 m2 plantation.
The money needed to build the buildings for manager with the assumption that the price of stones = 15, steel price = 134, and wood price = 55 :
1000 m2 furniture store needs 23.296.000

Considering FA is probably the most important stat in this game, it is a shame it doesn't accurately represent the amount of credits that were put into your buildings.

We can't really include building materials in the value of a building because that would mean rewriting the levels as well as changing how the sell price of buildings work. What I would suggest is adding a new stat that contained fixed assests and cost of building materials consumed. (Using NPC prices) That would allow us to accurately benchmark ourselves. Like it or not, benchmarking progress is one of the major drives to play this game for many.

It's frustrating seeing people fly by me in Fixed Assests stirictly because I am in electronics.
