I have been producing stones in same Mine sizes (4000m2), same color but different areas at the same time set at production and look at the difference in time:

Oman:337136 Mine E:400 4000 m

not wierd, one is probably optimized and the 2nd isn't.

go into expansion screen in the "slower" building and u'll see an optimize button..

I agree with Doko. Your "slower" Mine is not optimized. Only the country color makes a difference in buildings NOT countries.

I have been playing the game since 2006, and now i find out that theres something called optimization? By the way, it worked and thanks guys, but ive never heard of it lol.
