Hi,

1.What exactly are the rules of cheating?
- If I buy Oil for 27 by contract and I sell it at 52? (I have a deal with
someone for 1 month when oil was 35. Now is up..... )
- If someone find a biggener and buy very low?
- If you find a very low price at the market?

2. Who check this rules?

3. What they check?

4. When they check?
