Help!!! I have just lost shipments of goods

The scenario is like this.
There were two batches of Oil Q0 @ qty 4,880 each.
I put the two batches 4,880 oil and send as a contract to a company.
Then a message came out

4880 Oil sent to Stones. for 49.00 Caps

The forwarding charges are 2,196.00

Well, if the admin bothers to check my account, they ll see that on that day so much of oil was produced. Then it just disappeared, neither sold nor thrown away. IF the admin bothered to check, that is...

I know this is a job for the admins, but if you click on Office and then on Account - you get that database. You could have a quick look yourself, see if you can find anything....

ok ok... just a had a same problem once, while actedently using "back" button, and in that case i sold for 0 price... lucky that my partner gave me back those materials for free..
