Building Expansion Problem

About a week ago I expanded on of my buidings from 20m to 25m. When I went to hire more employes it said I didn't have enough room to hire anymore. I don't really know if this is a bug or not but I though I might report it. The building was a mine. I also noticed no increase in production from that.

Buildings allow one employee per TEN square meters, so you'll have to expand a bit more before you can hire.
