Is the building optimized? (click on expand in the building and if it's not you will have the word optimise in blue to click on)

As for the second bit haven't a clue..

sounds very weird though i would definately be double/triple checking the quality settings and maybe change the quality setting and change it back again incase it is a little buggy.

and yes that was the problem.

and no, it randomly does it occasionally, but i cant cancel it because i will loose my high q oil. they are all on Q level 100 or 127, i dont know because it is not doing it at the moment, so i cant say for sure
