[HELP NEEDED] Telephone payment

Since you can't post any threads on the correct forum , i descided to post it here .

I didn't get my coins after calling !

I called @ 19:41 GMT , with number 0497 21 ** 30

==> I didn't have the time to copy the ID-number ( or something) for in case of problems , since the window shot automaticly , opening a new one , in german ...

HELP REALLY NEEDED !
