hi .. i've forgot what is my password and when i enter my mail to send it it doesn't send any thing

Always add your player ID, your company name and the Realm you play in to your description. Describe the problem as detailed as possible!

So, if you don't have your ID you can add your companies name and the realm.
And perhaps write pearlbay a message here in the forum with your e-mail and login name
