special building problem

i only have a common account and i only can have 60 buildings. i constructed 3 special buildings, but this 3 special buildings are included my 60 buildings. i read the help in game that says special buildings shall be out of 60 buildings. is it right?

This FAQ you read is for the really *Special* Buildings or also known as the management buildings. The others that are visible without premium go against the limit.

No special buildings should be counted towards your building count as they cannot be sold.
