I only got decline quest choose ?!
So i build the wine Cellar with no change and i waited, then i got the same massage again with one choose the decline one.

I am really amazed... you seem to be a little bit in a hurry.

As it was stated in your other thread this is not a bug.

The message will come, certainly. Just keep being patient... also a system message takes a little longer sometimes.

It's usual that it takes a week+ till you will recieve another mail letting you accept the quest- be patient
