Help!!! I have just lost shipments of goods

No problem.
For this case, I immediately checked the contract to see if there is anything pending. There wasnt any. And there isnt any message from System to say the contract was accepted at the other end. So, I do believe it is indeed a system bug.

-Was there 2 times one product with the same quality in your storage?
- Are you sure that you have send both contracts?
