Score not adding up correctly

I have now constructed all the special buildings that are possible, but my score does not reflect this.
I have:

public buildings

The sum of which is 440 score
I also have one "Afghanistan" carpet worth 250 score, and have completed one task, worth 1 score
Therefore, by my calculation, I should have 691 score, but I only have 671. Whilst this is not a major issue, I would quite like it to be fixed, unless of course the score value of one of the buildings on the list is not correct.
