Resources to build Admin buildings are off

I just tried to build a Plantation administration building, and I got the following error:

You don't have enough resources in your warehouse.
You need 301 kg stones, 226 kg steel and 166 Piece wood.

My warehouse quanity on hand was:

Stones: 5,613
Steel: 51
Wood: 6,007

According the the build menu:

Every construction needs the following resources:
151 stones, 76 steel and 16 wood.

So, I had plenty of Stones and Wood, but was a bit short on the steel. I should have only gotten a message about needing 25 more steel, not the message that appeared to imply that building administration buildings requires much larger resources than everything else.

Dear racingtigger.

The building costs for an Administration Building are higher, there is no bug in this case.

Then it's an error in the presentation on the build page because there is only the mention everything on the page:

Every construction needs the following resources:
151 stones, 76 steel and 16 wood.

If indeed the administration buildings require more materials, it should be noted so we can plan for it.
