Contest Entrys ?>??? Lost

dont know how you keep track of your entrys for contests, the cotton contest for example i topped out to 1000 yesterday for my donations, i donated 250 today which im sure amoderator should be able to viewe. however the entry never appeared in the statistics

yes a small entry but none the less i could have spent the time building soemthing else, this must be fixed or else you show that the game is sloppy with errors and people such as myself will be lsee likely to want to participate in group events

Maybe you have send your contract with 0, instead of 2, or you send it to another "user"

From Kapitimes :

Send the following product to the company name: Contest

* cotton q0

Send as much cotton as possible. The purchase price of the company contest is 2 caps per unit.

beyond a doubt it gave me the the confirmation afterwards, but it never showed in stats

nope did not push the back button on my browser, i immediately pushed market, and then to stats to compare to the other somewhat particapent contest players

according to the stats, you have 2,050 units sent to the company contest... here you are talking about 1,000 +250. So I assume that everything is cleared...

no tissue was never cleared, i put more in to stay in the contest, you guys need to still fix the issue

the programmers checked this issue no three times and did not find any bug in this...

As up to now there was no other complaint by the users, we assume that you maybe sent another q, or you maybe entered the wrong price, or maybe you entered a space somewhere in the company name... but there is no bug from the game's side... sry

im sure there was no other issue then their woudl have been a bug, no contract still appears in regards to it being sent, as it does with contest entrys. you should really make it so it sends a confirmation message and people like me dont get how can I put this politely f&%ked over again

I'll due respect to your team, just pisses people off when you spend alot of tiem building soemthing and it goes missing with no repairations

yes, I understand that this does not bring any fun...

but I can just say the same like already mentioned: there were three programmers going into detail on this issue and furthermore checking all the contracts sent by your account and they did not find any bug.
