Expand building problem

i have expand my Mine building to 50 m2, but i found that when i press the bottom, the system charge twice price of expand fees....so what's happened there??

Can you give me your User ID (to be found in the showcase), company name, the exact number of the building and I also need an aproximate time when this happened...
