Dear players,

because of technical problems, all support cases sent to our support tool under http://www.support.upjers.com on February 4th 2010 between 10 am and 1:15 pm GMT +1 could not be saved by our system, and can therefore not be handled by us.

Should you have sent a request to us during that time, and have not received a reply within 24 hours, we would like to ask you to send your request again.

We are sorry for any inconveniences caused by this; the error has of course been fixed by now and our support system is working properly again.
