i will separate in sections, i will NOT buy all kinds of tecnology because of my profit(i'm not earning a lot of money because of my expansions, but i'm earning enought to sign contracts of tecnologie)

Observations:
- VIS means the sector that im giving priority to contracts, of course that i will follow a specific order, but the companies that trade with me VIS contracts will be the firsts to be bought
- VIR is the same thing as VIS, but its a priority researches
- i think i can handle like 3 or 4 contracts per week, this depends of the price of course
- i will try to update as fast as i can
- just for you guys understand, IM PURCHASING TECNOLOGIES!!!! THIS IS NOT A MARKET SALE PROJECT OK?
- if the tecnology isn't ready enought, we can negociate and i can wait as long as necesarry
