Bying q35 seeds or higher

Im bying quality 35 seeds or higher starting at 6 caps.(price is negotiable)I need it to produce higher quality cotton.Though only a few number of members can produce seeds higher than q30 so thats why its so difficult for me to get any.

no, im not new, been playing for over a year now. My company's name is Energy Inc. And yes, i know that, but i have seen couple of people sell q36 seeds on the market.
